According to a report by iCIMS, 63% of F/T employees are seeking new jobs

The article (http://huntscanlon.com/half-u-s-employees-seeking-new-jobs/) goes on to say that 92% of F/T employees who responded say that those companies offering non-traditional benefits would attract top-tier talent.

The article goes on to discuss the "Gig" economy, on-demand companies tatics to use to gain and keep employees.

Actually I would have thought the number was higher than 63%. While the official unemployment number may have declined, many remain in lower paying positions they were forced to accept by circumstances during the recession and the continued leverage employers maintain.
