Celine Okoh's Profile

Our organization has been using Quickbooks since it's inception and now we have outgrown Quickbooks. All reports, budgets, time management, allocations etc are done on Excel and then posted through journal entries.
We are now ready to embark on a webaccess system that will house all these labor intensive work and make my staff more productive.
Any guidance and suggestions would be helpful.

We are looking for one that will work for not-for-profit, grant management environment. We need A/R, Invoicing, A/P, Allocations, Multi Currency posting, Financial Reporting (standardized and ones that can either be developed within the system or incorporate what we already have in place), E-Time that will upload directly to the GL, Budgeting and Grantsand Contracts Administration.

You might want to check out Epicor for Service Enterprises (epicor.com). They have a lot of flexibility that is built in and that can be added on depending on your needs. Good luck.

......you should check out techsoup.com and see if you can qualify for one of their donations... Also, I know Intacct is looking to attract nonprofits, let me know if you need a contact.
