Any recommendations for project management software that includes Google Docs integration, as well as workflow/approval processes?

We are using Do.com - a project management tool available from the Google Apps marketplace. Since Salesforce.com purchased Do.com, it is in the process of being integrated with the force.com platform, where native SF workflow/approvals can be leveraged. Currently however, we use do.com for managing the tasks and activities related to our force.com ERP development/integration project, including the interface with our accounting/finance application built on force.com (Financialforce). I've also used Basecamp for past projects, but wanted to explore the beta version of do.com and its integration with SF objects. I still use LucidChart, Nova (for mind mapping) and other apps for BRDs and visual work flow diagramming however, all web-based tools that produce documentation that can be attached in do.com or any other PM tool as well.

A lot to ask for in one piece of software. :) We use two pieces of software. www.Outline.com and www.Geticeberg.com. We used the software from Iceberg to build our own custom process flow and approval process for our Deal Flow/Underwriting. We have also used it to build our own custom CRM system for handling leads from multiple sources.

We just recently integrated google docs into the entire system so we have access to all the google docs associated with the deals.

Outline is a email management system that we have layered over the Iceberg system and it has greatly increased our productivity and accountability.

I use Synergy by Exact Software. It has workflow, approvals, and is a total package.

There are not many project management tools that have the integration with google doc with workflow and approval process. You can get a good project management software that will either have Google Docs or will have workflow or approval process. Getting both the things can be little tough. Zoho Projects is one which has google docs and workflow system. Team Work Live is having workflow and approval system but doesn't have Google docs option. You can try any software recommendation platform which can help you in finding the right software for you.
