Suggestions for HRIS system

We are a small but growing software company. We have been doing HR very manually and have reached a tipping point where we need to employ some technology to simplify and automate our core HR process and begin to incorporate more talent management processes. What HRIS systems have you had success implementing? We are very interested in cloud solutions as we are a cloud technology company ourselves. We also want it to be easy to use as we don't yet have dedicated HR professionals and it will be the part time job of several people to maintain these processes.

ADP offers a Total Solutions package, they have been pitching it to me. It sounds like something you could check into. They take all the risk out of all HR issues.

Do you outsource payroll because a lot of payroll providers have their own HRIS resource centers that are part of the package for them processing your payroll. I know not exactly what you asked but may help steer you in the right direction.
