Business Expense Software Overview, Tips, Pros & Cons

Business Expense SoftwareBefore upgrading from quickbooks, we're doing a wide survey of what's available. Of special interest are any systems that work in conjunction with any mobile apps to streamline and add tighter control and/or better supply chain managment. We have 100+ people in the field and are especially interested in how to save time and money with their expense reporting. Of course, security is also a concern. Any and all tips, instuctive experiences and/or overviews and perspective appreciaed.

I know there are companies like ExpenseWatch, which I've heard good things about, and some others. Ideas?
