I am contemplating subscribing to an on-line CPE provider to meet my CPE requirements as a CPA. There are a variety of service providers out there and I'd like some feedback and/or recommendations from any who have had favorable experiences with their particular vendor. I am particularly interested in taxation related CPE, so that might be another factor that differentiates between the various vendors. Any and all feedback welcomed!

Can any CPA's provide recommendations for the best on-line CPE training?

My state of Missouri is liberal in how we obtain CPE (just need good documentation). Since I take courses from Lynda, Coursera, Growth Institute and even Udemy, I am getting to learn what I WANT TO LEARN. And since I enjoy the content, I also take many notes and even refer back to them in my swipe file regularly.
I'm also certified in two other organizations which provide plenty of training courses. Those count too.
Accordingly, find courses that will help you be a better tax professional, not just the tax-related courses. And hopefully the above will lead to some ideas.
But since you bring up tax, check out Bob Jennings at TaxSpeaker dot com. I could listen to Bob all day. Start with one course, then decide if you want others.
Robert, click on Courses above and you'll be taken to Illumeo.com. This is the part of Proformative that didn't move to Argyle.
There are many more courses than before (793 current courses as of this writing) in a variety of functional areas. Currently for an individual it's $99/year for unlimited courses. They provide Continuing Ed credits approved by multiple groups (certifications, like cpa's, lawyers, etc.).
Interested in elements surrounding system selection and implementation, (here comes the plug..) I have four courses there....
I have been in the business of developing webinars for accounting and financial professionals almost 10 year (over 400 of them) , look at Illumeo, http://www.illumeo.com
