Capitalisation of slow moving spares

Please what's the IFRS treatment for slow moving spares after some years eg 2years... Should it be capitalised?

Need more info on these, but if you are talking about some spares that is part of your inventory and being slow moving or non-moving inventory for about 2 years.

Such inventory should/could be impaired after 3 years of non-movement. Though to give you more info on the situation we need some more input info about what do you mean by "slow moving". % of value to the total inventory for the non moving items.

is there any expectation to use these spared in near future at all?
