I think that "styles" (i read it as "format") has been largely unchanged. Clean, concise and uncluttered is still the norm What I have seen change is the CONTENT. Functional resumes are no longer en vogue and replaced by "accomplishment" resumes.

There are a ton of articles/advice on LinkedIn (Pulse/Influencers) and Business Insider on what recruiters and most specially decision makers want to see. I am not aware of a specific resource where you will find "styles".

I would suggest you to look at www.cfo-coach.com. There are a couple of examples listed on Cindy's site. Then reach out to her for additional help. I am sure there are other places, but her site is one I found helpful.

Emerson is spot on. As a CFO or in general a Finance Executive is about driving results and therefore the resume should reflect that. I would also suggest to to also include key search words if you are loading it into company job sites which are really a black hole.
