Did you prepare for the new DOL Overtime rules?

It seems many a company gave raises and modified employee positions in expectation of thwarting the dramatic effect of the new overtime rules.

What are you going to do if the injunction "sticks"? Is the proverbial genie out of the bag?

Luckily we only had a few employees that were to be affected by the rule and they were already close to the proposed threshold, so we instituted early raises (now instead of May) for them.
