ExpensAble vs Microsoft Dynamics AX Expense Management Module Pros & Cons?

Comparative feedback/facts about the two expense management systems would be deeply appreciated. Thanks!

You would be best off with Concur.

Here is my Advisor program referral link. This system is cloud based and used all the way up to Enterprise version levels. Implementation is basically handled by the Concur team and can map to your system for easy accounting. Concur integrates with many other systems is my understanding. It is used by the Federal Government, and I helped to establish their internal controls back in 2005. Very good product. Imaging of receipts for optical coding. Extends out to mobile devices so your employees can submit their expenses without dealing with receipts and its IRS approved.

You may find that you don't need to bother with integrating the system recommended for your accounting system afterall.

If you would like to get in touch with the sales rep for the Enterprise version let me know.

Never used ExpenseAble. We had looked at ExpenseWatch and Concur systems before going with Gorilla Expense in my previous company.

Gorilla's overall pricing was much more economical than ExpenseWatch or Concur for us. They fully integrated with Microsoft Great Plains and did a great job at that. We were really impressed with the support and personalized service throughout.

Feature-wise, they were all similar. The big difference was the Gorilla application was very intuitive and simple to use.
