Has anyone used Expense Watch or Suit Expense EMS Systems?

Kristy Allen's Profile

ExpenseWatch

We are accessing different EMS systems and ExpenseWatch and Suti Expense are the top contenders for our current business need.  We are looking for some insight from current or prior customers of either company on your experience to assist our decision process.  Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

My company uses ExpenseWatch. It does get the job done, and we have employees all over the world. It is not very flexible (god forbid someone makes an error in a submission) and limited in reporting. We end up downloading everything to Excel, which is not pretty. There is no mechanism for billing clients based on the expenses either.

We had looked at ExpenseWatch and several other products before going with Gorilla Expense. Some of the big advantages for us were - Gorilla customized the system to our current processes which was very convenient. We don't have the best processes in place but their solution fit in perfectly. They also provided automated integration with our ERP which the accounting folks love. This was much more than the CSV dump and import type integration that ExpenseWatch offered. Their pricing was at least half of ExpenseWatch and Concur. Finally, I was very impressed with their support and prompt attention towards personalizing the application for us. That went a long way in the decision making.

The application also includes policy enforcement, data logging for audits and other nifty features. We don't use these very much, although we do use the reporting tool to spit out invoices that we bill our clients with. Even that was personalized with our logo and such.

We absolutely love the product and it has made T&E a lot simpler and faster. If you need a sales contact, let me know.
