FATCA - IRS vs UK & Other Contries Agreements - Q/A

Per US IRS FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) applicable entities were registered and got it's GIIN numbers assigned. Under UK Agreement in addition registered on Cayman Island portal (for applicable entities) and first reporting of the data due by 05/31/2015. First reporting per IRS - 09/30/2015. There are separate Agreements with Luxembourg and Netherlands (and other countries). 1. Do we need to register on Luxembourg. Netherland (other) portals as well ? (I'm not sure if they have any? or was it only Cayman Island specific?). 2.1. If companies registered as Member of affiliated group and have a Lead of the group, do such Members of the group report only in the country where Lead of the group located (lets assume UK) ? Or does each Member suppose to report only in it's own country of the residency? 2.2.. If #2 answers that each Member supposed to report in it's own country of the residency, then what's the deadlines for those countries? 3. What supposed to be reported? Thank you! Any helpful links will be much appreciated.
