Amazon is the best example of why the shareholder primacy and maximization of shareholder returns business concepts are FLAWED.
I think that Bezos' 1997 shareholder letter should be a must read and should be included in B-school curricula. His 2017 letter is no different and just a reminder on how to approach and run a busines.
