We are moving out of the ADP TS PEO model to a new HRIS system for processing. The new provider does not do mid-month "go live" implementations, but ADP TS is saying we MUST process the final year's payroll through them or they will term service as of the last payroll pay period end date. They refuse to allow for the services to remain in place and break out the fees for us if we don't decide to process the final with them. This could leave some gaps of a couple of weeks in terms of tax filings, benefits end dates, WC coverage that we need to continue through the final two weeks of the year. Has anyone else had this experience? And what did you do?
