In your Host Analytics implementation, is the HR upload manual or integrated to your HR system? What system are you using for HR? (Webinar Attendee Question)

At the moment, all of our uploads are manual. We purposely went this route to start with to keep it simple and minimize the need for IT involvement. Our HR data comes from SAP. We are fed an Excel file from HR each quarter with all global employees and their associated data. Typical fields include Emp #, Name, Hired Data, Salary, Country Location (for taxes and benefits), Cost Center, Whether or not they are eligible for a bonus. It is very easy to load an Excel file into the Host software.
