How has the CMA degree changed your career?

Good Morning!

I'm currently applying for graduate school and intend on obtaining a dual degree MBA/MSF as well as sitting for the CMA once I'm ready.  Anyone who has their CMA care to share how it's changed their career.  I was very excited to learn there was a degree for folks like me who don't want to obtain a CPA, but something in Management Accounting.  Thanks!

As a long-term SME controller/cfo and consultant, obtaining the CMA shifted my credibility considerably. Now the conversation is about the issues and and fit, as the substance of base competence has been established. Welcome to the process.
