Listing a company in the NASDAQ exchange from the OTC pink sheet.

Looking for information/direction on listing a company in the NASDAQ from the OTC pink sheet. Beside the regular forms that I can find at the NASDAQ website under listing requirements what kind of financial statement would be needed? I assume the regular three years audited statements but does it need any Pro-forma also? Appreciate any input/suggestions. Thank you.

I am not aware of any pro-forma information that would be included in a listing change. I assume your filings with the SEC are up to date. I encourage you to obtain counsel's advice and help in getting this done. I believe you will have SEC forms to file as this happens.
