Managing / Saving Agreements

I was wondering if anyone uses a software to manage legal agreements. We have a lot of different contracts, addendums etc with various partners, clients, and all are managed in regular folders and backed up on a network. The problem is multiple people have access and sometimes can misplace or move agreements, etc. Also another reason to have some sort of flags for contract end dates, renewals dates etc. Thank you

Your statement talks about quite a few steps/pain points that you seem to be encountering today.

If I may suggest something as a variation on your question, it would read:

"We have a manual process in place today regarding the management of new and continuing contracts with third parties. Much of it is paper based, copies exist in various places and version control is very difficult.
How do we improve our contract management process in conjunction with customer and vendor activities and what software solutions may help?"

I suggest this because it probably makes sense to overhaul your business processes and know what you want to do in future, before you look at choosing software. I've helped clients for 2 decades with process improvement and software selection, and one of the key risks that some folk inflict upon themselves (often unwittingly) is trying to select a good technology solution before deciding what processes you should follow vs what you do today.

Happy to chat further if you wish.

We save client contracts in our CRM tool. We use hubspot. Prior to that, we used Google Drive. Not an ideal answer, but a very cheap, inexpensive solution.
