Can I have multiple company files with 1 license of premier accountant?

You certainly may! You can create as many files as you want as long as they're all on your main computer(s).

Avoid passing QB around to everyone in the office, because you'll need multiple licenses for that.

But if it's just you, go for it!

Yes you can have multiple company files with 1 license of premier accountant. It is based on your computer space. However, QB does have a limit on the number of list items and transactions that can be processed per company file.
