Your two part question is really broad and tough to answer easily.

Can you provide some context:
-which country, what segment of NFP are you in?
-what aspects of NFP accounting concern you? Is it compliance reporting or is it managing funds and programs to ensure your stewardship is accurate as far as donors are concerned?
-what questions do you want answers for regarding foreign currency?

Dear Contracts Manager:

You are seeking advice on training resources in Non-profit Accounting and Foreign Exchange.

There are a number of avenues you an take depending on your budget and the time you wish to commit to the learning:
**Proformative offers web courses in the subjects you seek
**Your local community college offers courses in the subjects you seek
**The AMA offers courses in the subjects you seek
**There are a number of 3-5 day workshops in the subjects you seek

I regret not being more definitive but you need to establish your parameters in order to move forward.

Best wishes,

David
