Presentation skills - workshops and/or seminars

My firm (an investment management firm in Boston) is considering options for training/seminars/workshops on presentation skills. We would like to provide a couple of our client facing employees with the opportunity to enhance their presentation/communication skills. We are not interested in an on-line format.

Any suggestions on the best way to find a quality solution would be appreciated.

As a consultant I do have the benefit of having to make presentations often. I agree that online courses may limit value to your staff.
In my view, nothing beats practice, using people who know how to critique a presentation. It's not just presentation, because you need to look at:
-preparation of content vis-a-vis the agenda
-understanding the audience
-personal communication styles and preferences
-face to face or over the web.

To add to Len's comment, you can use webinars as precursor's to the live workshops. This way you spend most of your time practicing, not going over theory.
