Professional Services Automation Tools Evaluation Process

"How should a Professional Services organization begin the process of evaluating PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools? And, how do you get buy-in and prove ROI for these tools?"

This question was asked at a recent webinar, now available on-demand:

Can I suggest the 2 webinars that fellow Proformative member Wayne Spivak and I presented earlier this year, available at:

https://www.proformative.com/events/nuts-bolts-approach-selecting-right-technology
and
https://www.proformative.com/events/selecting-right-business-technology-solution-business-partners

In the first, look at the 14:40 mark for examples of "Why Start looking for new software" and continue from there to learn more about how to develop the initial business case. Later on the high level plan, starting from Strategic Context, is laid out for you.

In the second, you can learn more about demo planning and evaluation techniques.

Hope that helps!
