Hi, i believe integrity and solution delivery is quite important in maintaining and also getting refferals from clients. If your clients believe in your product and its really working for them, they would not wait for you before they announce your product to the ourside world.

Moreso it will also be appropriate to be able to add value to a clients business in addition to product delivery.

When current customer joins another organization, we "follow them" and introduce our solution in the new company...this is fairly new approach for us.
