SaaS SLA terms and conditions

I am reviewing standard SLA's from a  few vendors regarding their SaaS solutions and am finding they are light, often vague on obligations of vendor, or miss key issues. While this may work for a small business, it's not enough for an enterprise with risk management, compliance and other factors to consider.

Does anyone have a "sanitized" version that they'd be open to sharing?

Many thanks

Len, you might want to check this out: https://www.proformative.com/og/resource/cloud-computing-saas/managing-legal-risks-cloud-computing. It is a preso given by DLA Piper (one of the largest law firms in the country) around managing legal risks in the cloud. This is written with an enterprise buyer in mind. It's not a completed SLA (which I, too, would love to see), but it provides some good guidance.
