We are a medium size non-profit with a seasonal staff. Headcount varies from 150 - 300 persons. System needs to be able to handle exempt and non exempts (hourly and per-diem) employees as well as multiple variables such as project, fund, location etc Prefer system that has good user-based reporting capabilities and is configurable with open API for integration with payroll systems (ADP & MPay). Are there any recommendations for a sophisticated SaaS timekeeping system?
Harvest is pretty resilient. It is designed to integrate through your GL, so I don't see a direct integration path. "Don't see" doesn't mean "there is not"...just outside of my knowldege.
WorkflowMax has better features, but I don't know about ADP either...it is designed to work with more modern systems than ADP (MYOB, Xero, etc).
Clicktime is an old favorite of mine...it works superbly. It seems to be linked to Paychex and not ADP, however.
ADP seems to have it's own solution...why not use that if you're wedded to ADP? I can't endorse it (and knowing ADP it will be much more difficult to use than the above), but maybe worth a demo.
Dayforce HCM has a good SaaS solution that worked great for my company.
