Seasonal Employees Under ACA

Great question and one we receive often at Paycom. Seasonal employees who work fewer than three months throughout the year do not go into full-time or full-time equivalent calculations. However, it is best that you track their hours as they may work longer than three months or the position may turn into full-time status.
