I'm seeking input on integrated systems that can offer employees a great front-end experience, keep HR sane and assure that accounting gets what it needs efficiently and easily (amazing that GL reporting isn't a standard). We have a very aggressive growth plan for the next 3 years which will expand us to multi-state multi-location, including California. The majority of the team is non-exempt. We need enterprise level even though we are small right now. If we make only the conservative forecast we will have 5000+ employees by the end of 2020. ADP and Paychex are out. Considering Paylocity and Namely. What recent experience do you have with these and are there others you recommend given our needs? Thanks!

Are you looking for staff to check in, report time etc at the POS device as well as on a mobile app?
Ultipro may be a contender-please PM me if you want an intro to a senior sales leader there whom I know well.
Regards
I like Paycor. They have a really great support team on all their modules, such as HR, tax, benefits; a dedicated rep, a very nice interface,

Check out Ultimate Software, the best I’ve used by far. Platforms are user friendly, support is US based, supports smaller groups (200 to 2,000) easily. Last used them ~5 years ago when Ultimate Software was young. I used my own teams for legal and tax advice leadership. At the time ADP and Ceridian were more efficient than Ultimate Software in those areas. US may have more muscle now. Still have a contact there if you need.
We've used Ultimate for years. We have locations throughout the US and our hourly employees work in multiple locations (some even cross state lines), so it was very important to us that our system properly calculate state and local taxes for employees who cross jurisdictions. We also use the employee portal for pay statements, insurance enrollment, and our employees can change their personal information rather than sending it to HR to enter. I've never had an issue with the GL. We are testing the mobile app and hope to release it soon, but do not use Recruiting or Time & Attendance. They really want you to understand the system and make it work for your organization, so they offer free online training and lots of webinars!
Ultimate Software offers an excellent platform that is users friendly and integrates very well with HR/Payroll/Recruitment/Timekeeping. They are US based, but can manage payrolls for multiple countries. The implementation process is virtual so that makes the process easier to manage. Employees can be trained virtually to use the system. I'm in the process of training staff in Europe and Canada to access and use the system. Ultimate has an Enterprise system that fit your needs very well. Plus a great support system, not only with Ultimate, but with the users/clients as well.
We have been using Ultimate Software since 2009 and have doubled in size to about 3000 employees. We have been able to grow without adding HR and Payroll staff. The software also has great GL rules and reporting to eliminate manual entries into the GL system.
I would suggest UltiPro - it is such a great HCM and has been a life saver for us. We have been able to combine HR, Payroll, recruiting and onboarding, and performance into one system which has streamlined and improved processes.
UltiPro is a fantastic fully integrated HRIS. We use it for recruiting, onboarding, HR/payroll, benefits, time management, and performance management. Very user friendly for administrators and employees alike. Regular updates and improvements at no cost. Definitely worth taking a look at!
We use UltiPro for our core HR administration as well as time keeping. We are a multi state/location company with employees in CA. Ultimate Software is great about keeping their customers up to date on payroll and tax changes. In addition, the system is user friendly and requires little to no training for a employee user.
We have been using Ultipro for over 12 years. We are a large company with over 10,000 employees. I think Ultipro is well suited to grow with your company. It's customizable with features you can turn on or off.
Ultimate Software would be the clear choice. We have been on Ultipro for 5 years and it is a great system. It is a very robust system from payroll processing to reporting and is able to accommodate Employee and Manager Self serve along with Mobile options. We use UTA Time and Attendance and it is a great system to track PTO and payable hours. The system is very configurable.
