Simple CRM - Which is the simplest and easiest to use?

Simple CRM

Pretend your only requirement was that a CRM system was easy-to-use for non-tech guys. Does an extremely simple CRM exist and what would you suggest?

Our company often fails to achieve effective implementation over the end user's pre-disposiition and negative bias toward new technology. Our company sells mechanical tools via a network of field represntatives... if that matters.

Take a look at ZohoCRM.com. It's an easy to use cloud based tool and is inexpensive compared to Salesforce.com.

I agree with Gerry, we also use ZohoCRM, it is very powerful. It is a fraction of the monthly cost of Salesforce.com.

Believe it or not we went with a very inexpensive solution in implementing Microsoft Dynamics. This has worked well and our sales force says it has made them more efficient.

We are authorized Google Apps for business resellers and deployment specialists and like the fact that ZohoCRM (and other solutions) integrate & sync with Google Apps and go anywhere on any platform.

Heard great reviews about Microsoft Dynamics CRM. They are competing very well with SalesForce. It is not that expensive, has a great layout and features and very intuitive. Our sales team really love it....
