Simple CRM - Which is the simplest and easiest to use?

Simple CRM

Pretend your only requirement was that a CRM system was easy-to-use for non-tech guys. Does an extremely simple CRM exist and what would you suggest?

Our company often fails to achieve effective implementation over the end user's pre-disposiition and negative bias toward new technology. Our company sells mechanical tools via a network of field represntatives... if that matters.
