My wife and I just took a vacation to Iceland. Unbelievable country; it should be on your bucket list to visit. It's a little rugged, with ever changing weather (we landed and was in a middle of a rain storm with gale force winds, it warmed up to 40F and snowed all in a few days). On one of our tours we went to a glacier and then the accident happened; my wife slipped and broke her leg. Since we took trip insurance, which had an emergency travel rider I was dealing with a company called OnCall International. Here's the recognition: Communicative, helpful, caring, just superlative. Everything every company should strive for and they achieved it. My wife is home and we're dealing with a broken leg, but OnCall made one aspect of this headache angst free.

I disagree! When companies put customers FIRST and really put it into practice...change "sometimes" to "ALWAYS"! :D
