I was just promoted as a Treasury Manager at a small company. This is the first time I've ever held this position. I've always controlled cash, wires, electronic payment and transfer funds between accounts. How do I go about getting Treasury procedures to communicate to office employees i.e. implementation for wires, fund transfers and electronic payment forms?? Thanks in advance for any advice!
