Upgrading from Quick Books Enterprise with 77 entities

We are a Property Management company and we currently have 77 different properties each with its own Tax ID. Most are small complexes ranging from 12 to 80 units in each. Many are government funded Rural Development, Tax Credit, RD 538, HOME etc. We use Yardi Classic for the rents and certifications and are using QuickBooks Enterprise for the accounting and general ledger. Classic is working fine but if you want to see if all properties have paid for pest service or look up what every property has spent on paint and what company they are using we have to open, log in and close every company or track everything on excel spreadsheets. We are checking into Yardi Voyager to upgrade both Classic and replace QuickBooks, but Classic is working fine. We are checking into Intacct but they charge per tax ID. Advise would be appreciated. Thank you

I am unaware of any accounting system that will allow you to look for data in different companies; unless there is some type of ODBC connector, depending on how the database is configured, etc., etc.

An alternative is using a consolidation type company and upload full data (and this may not even work).
