In an article on Reuters, banks and other companies who have been targets of hacking are creating the standards for a rating system.
Don't you find it strange that those who were the victims do to poor cyber security in the first place are making the rating system as opposed to providing information to an independent group?
Our country has a long history of self-regulation that never seems to protect those the charter of those regulators are supposed to help, the public.
