In the Accounts payable world, would like to know what are the business outcomes Client will be interested, what are the performance measures / KPIs and what is driving those business outcomes.

If I'm a client the only KPI I'm interested in from my supplier are those directly related to fulfilling the service or product I'm buying.
Quality control or SLA or adherence to commitment of a shipping time. If the deal is large enough I want to know if the vendor has the fiscal ability to make good on my order.
