What tasks did you achieve this week (thus far)?

Rather than asking what typical CFOs and Controllers do (at a high level) , I am wondering what the daily tasks are. Therefore, feel free to share this week's current accomplishments!

* Calculated more appropriate pricing for 3 different levels of company service packages

* Supported accounting staff in their work

* Facilitated a company idea-sharing roundtable

* Discussed a potential strategic alliance with another company

* Earned CPE via live webinar

* Spoke with a banker about a client of his who might need our company's services

* Treasury functions: Made sure cash was moving in and out the way it was supposed to

* Got clear on the ONE thing that would make the biggest difference in the company's financial health and created a plan to get that going

* Aggregated weekly feedback from team, added my own, and sent to CEO

* Arranged for gifts to be sent out to a key client and a key referral source

* Set up an interview with a potential candidate to join the team
