What's best practice on making vendors banking visable during invoice processing

Glenis, what's behind your question? In many ways, entering an invoice is not connected to the bank account, unless the vendor has imposed special payment instructions on this invoice.
However, given the prevalence of "social engineering" and fake emails, you really want to be careful that you verify that each vendor's bank account info is accurate. And it makes sense that the AP entry person does not check that.
The scammers are out there!

Bank info should be verified verbally... just as the bank does itself... with a known direct phone number
