Some of my duties are -Managing 4 websites -Creating and sending out email blasts -Excel expert -updating product pricing -Researching, implement, Training on new tech -Facility management -Assist warehouse management -security -Implementing new policies -sales

I suggest "Operations Manager".
I would look for a title that is appropriate and in line with the titles of other employees in your company. The way you describe your activities, "Operations Manager" would certainly be one way to go. "Officer Manager", "Manager Administration", could also be options to consider.
If I were you , I would first figure out, what you future carrier plans are and select a job title that will help you as a "door opener" in your future job negotiations with potential employers.
