When amortizing the deferred loss on a sale leaseback transaction involving real estate, where does the entry hit on the income statement? Also, when disclosing the deferred loss on the balance sheet, is it included in PP&E, net?

We recorded a deferred gain on a sale leaseback and we book the amortization to "gain on disposition of property." We include the deferred gain in other LT liabilities.
