I wish that you can help me in this issue:

I have employees that are categorized as following :

Wage Category
46,240 Expert 1- Bachelor or above;
19,715 Fresh
36,780 Expert 2- Institute ;
17,550 Fresh
33,480 Expert 3- Secondary school ;
14,890 Fresh
33,480 Expert 4- Elementary school ;
14,015 Fresh
28,530 Expert 5- Primary School.
13,675 Fresh

I have 15% of the ttl annual wages that I can distribute as incentives or bonuses or rewards. Hvr, I have the following conditions:
- The monthly amount distributed doesn't have to exceed 30% of the monthly individual wage;
- the annual individual amount doesn't have to exceed 25% of the individual annual wage ;
- The amount of money distributed for those who are classified as category 3-4-5 don't have to be more than the amount for those who are classified as category 1-2.

I would be very thankful If anyone of you can help me and give me hints
either in the suitable equation that I have to create or in the formulas that I have to use in Excel.

Thanks in advance

SInan, you should consider the use of SOLVER (Excel Add-In) with your conditions defined as SOLVER's restrictions
