Fashion retailers are facing an unprecedented challenging time: decline in consumer spending, tougher competition on the high street, and e-tailers taking center stage make it more difficult to protect margins and fuel expansion.The only way to turn this threat into an opportunity is to redesign and make the entire planning process smarter to predict opportunities and trends, and faster to execute reliable “routine” planning cycles.
