We use it daily as a way to share information to all associates that pertain to them. It works really well for interactive documents that multiple people need to touch.
Honestly........No. While they no doubt have there uses, they always feel like second rate versions of other products I use it on a daily basis for some tasks but always dread doing them.
As a VP of IT--I require that all of our cloud applications be tied to our Active Directory--for security and automation reasons. I have found that Google is quite expensive when licensed--as it has to be to be integrated for automation. Without this interface managing terminated employees, security groups and the like are next to impossible. But its always about the right tool for the job.
